KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 21 — The Tribunal for Anti-Sexual Harassment (TAGS) has issued an award requiring an RM10,000 payment and an apology from a former hospital director for sexual harassment.
TAGS reportedly delivered its decision last Friday in favour of the complainant, Dr Christine Lu Shin Yeen, who replaced her accused perpetrator, Dr Yogendra Panchalingam, as acting director of Sabah Women and Children’s Hospital (HWKKS) in Kota Kinabalu following her complaint.
