MCA calls for release of Azam Baki probe report after Tabung Haji RCI disclosure

MCA National Youth deputy chairman Mike Chong Yew Chuan said the government's decision to make the Tabung Haji RCI report public demonstrated that investigation findings involving matters of significant public interest could ultimately be disclosed.

"The government has already established a precedent. If an RCI report involving millions of Tabung Haji depositors can be released in the public interest, what reason is there for the Azam Baki investigation report to remain hidden?" he said.
