Gulf Air to add Bahrain-Malaysia flights ahead of Sepang F1 race
Bahrain’s national carrier says the move will strengthen air connectivity and provide fans and travellers a gateway to the race.
MANAMA : Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced its intention to operate direct flights to Kuala Lumpur following the announcement that the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) will host the 2026 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix from Oct 2 to 4, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported. The airline is the official sponsor of the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.
According to Gulf Air, the move is expected to strengthen air connectivity between the two countries and provide motorsport fans and travellers with a seamless gateway to enjoy the atmosphere of the race.
