PETALING JAYA : Malaysia’s teenage women’s doubles pair Noraqilah Maisarah Ramdan-Low Zi Yu pulled off a shock victory at the Taipei Open today, ousting world No 11 home pair Hsu Yin Hui-Lin Jhih Yun in the last-16 match to book a quarter-final berth.
