The AGC said Liow, through his lawyers Messrs Rajpal, Firah & Vishnu, submitted representations dated Dec 15, 2022 and April 6, 2023, seeking to compound all 26 charges under Section 92 of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
