Speaking at a press conference called by Lim today, the victim, Dao Thi Kim Tra, said she was at the club at 4pm on Aug 4 when her friend brought her into a VIP room where two men were present.

“(The main aggressor) asked me if I knew who he was. I said yes, and told him he was the boss of the club. Then, he asked me some other things, but since I wasn’t very good at Chinese, I told him I couldn’t understand.
