In a Facebook post, Marzuki Mohamad said Takiyuddin should have sought clarification from the Registrar of Societies (RoS) about the matter.
“The PN secretary-general has no authority to issue a show-cause letter to Bersatu over complaints lodged by Bersatu MPs with the RoS regarding whether the Supreme Council had the required quorum to meet,” he said.
