Calls for fresh Tabung Haji RCI draw flak from PKR, DAP

Speaking at a forum in Kuala Lumpur today, PN secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan said a new RCI was necessary to re-examine TH. The PAS secretary-general claimed the previous inquiry’s findings had been used to create certain narratives and portray the agency as being involved in a major financial scandal.

Umno Supreme Council member Razlan Rafii also backed calls for a new RCI to determine whether there had been any misconduct or whether assets had been sold to interested parties, The New Straits Times reported.
