Mara wins appeal to regain RM6.6mil from head of aerospace association

The guarantee was linked to Mara’s RM33 million investment in Strand Aerospace Malaysia Sdn Bhd, which Naguib Nor founded, Berita Harian reported.

A Court of Appeal bench comprising Justices Wong Kian Kheong, Alwi Abdul Wahab and Ahmad Kamal Shahid unanimously granted Mara’s appeal to set aside a High Court ruling in Naguib’s favour.
