The department said the decision follows a review of the companies’ compliance with the terms and conditions of their agreements, including obligations that remain unfulfilled or unresolved.
JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said all JPJ services previously offered through MyEG Group channels will therefore be suspended from that date. He added that JPJ services will continue as usual through its official and alternative channels.
