One project is a RM455 million contract for the civil, structural and architectural works of an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) warehouse for a multinational technology company’s semiconductor facility in Kulim, Kedah. The other project is a RM454.5 million medical device manufacturing facility for Intuitive Surgical Malaysia Sdn Bhd at Bandar Cassia Technology Park, Batu Kawan, Penang.

Both projects are being delivered on fast-track schedules of less than 18 months, the company said in a statement.
