KUALA LUMPUR: K-One Technology Bhd is selling its 100 per cent stake in cloud services provider G-AsiaPacific Sdn Bhd (GAP) to Japanese conglomerate Itochu Corp and its Singapore unit for RM94 million.

In a bourse filing, K-One said its unit K2 Meta Sdn Bhd had entered into a conditional share purchase agreement with Itochu and Itochu Singapore Pte Ltd to sell one million shares in GAP.

Itochu Singapore will acquire 60 per cent, or 600,000 shares, for RM56.4, while Itochu will buy the remaining 400,000 shares for RM37.6 million.
