Sun PhuQuoc Airways launches daily Kuala Lumpur–Phu Quoc flights
KUALA LUMPUR: Sun PhuQuoc Airways will launch a new daily direct service between Kuala Lumpur and Phu Quoc, Vietnam, from Sept 1, 2026, marking another milestone in the airline's Southeast Asian expansion while enhancing tourism and travel connectivity between Malaysia and Vietnam.
The new route will operate one daily return flight, making Malaysia the seventh international market served directly by the carrier.
The flight, with a journey time of approximately one hour and 35 minutes, will depart Phu Quoc International Airport at 1.45pm and arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 4.20pm. The return service will leave Kuala Lumpur at 5.20pm, arriving in Phu Quoc at 5.55pm. All times are local.
