Lagenda Properties record stellar first half as net profits breached RM100 mil
KUALA LUMPUR : Lagenda Properties Bhd recorded 25 per cent higher net profits in the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q2 FY26) than a year ago, at RM56.6 million, driven by continued construction progress and sustained demand across its key developments.
The property developer said in a statement that the performance in Q2 FY26 was its best ever, with revenue reaching a new quarterly high of RM336.2 million, due to higher revenue recognition mainly driven by townships in Selangor and Johor.
It was a stellar first half for Lagenda Properties, as the performance in Q2 brought it to achieve record revenue of RM598.4 million during the period and net profits of RM100.8 million.
