KUALA LUMPUR: Hengyuan Refining Company Bhd has reappointed former chief executive officer (CEO) Erkki Tapio Ranta to lead the oil refiner effective today.

Ranta, 62, replaces Yin LuJiang, 55, who has stepped down as CEO after nearly three years in the role.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Hengyuan said Ranta joined Hengyuan International Sdn Bhd as a senior officer in November 2019 before becoming CEO in March 2020.
