KUALA LUMPUR: The Foreign Worker Centralised Management System (FWCMS), developed by Bestinet Sdn Bhd, has helped curb the exploitation of foreign workers by cartels and prevent such practices from becoming more widespread in Malaysia.

Senior lecturer in economics at the Department of Economics and Financial Studies of Universiti Teknologi Mara Selangor branch Dr Nurul Ainun Ahmad Atory said foreign worker cartels could have become more entrenched without FWCMS.
