#SHOWBIZ: Gary Oldman backs 'Slow Horses' co-star Jack Lowden for James Bond

Addressing casting rumours following the conclusion of the Toronto International Film Festival, the Oscar-winning actor clarified that whilst he had no inside track on the eagerly awaited decision, he was firmly rooting for his colleague, AFP reported.

"I simply said: 'Well, I believe that they've chosen the guy, and Jack is on the list,' and I said: 'Fingers crossed for Jack', and then it was reported that I had some inside information," Oldman said.
