KLANG: An unemployed man was charged with murder today over the death of a food delivery rider who died 13 days after an alleged drink-driving crash in May.

Low Kean Peng, 35, was accused of causing the death of Zulfiqar Zamir Amirul Nizam, 27, along Persiaran Kota at 12.30am on May 13.
The charge framed under Section 302 of the Penal Code carries the death penalty or jail of between 30 and 40 years upon conviction.
