KUALA LUMPUR: SevenCo Prestige Sdn Bhd has launched Sevora Residence, a RM192 million freehold affordable housing development in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, as demand for value-driven homes continues to underpin the state's residential market.
The project comprises 420 Rumah Mampu Milik (RMM) PN1 units priced between RM388,000 and RM489,200, targeting first-time homebuyers, young families and owner-occupiers seeking quality homes in Seberang Perai, one of Penang's fastest-growing residential and industrial corridors.
Located on a 1.398-hectare site along Jalan Song Ban Kheng, the project comprises a 34-storey residential tower with 420 units and eight commercial lots.
