KUALA LUMPUR - Former Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom arrived at the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex early this morning to face charges linked to the explosive Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report on Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH). Dressed in a dark suit, the former Jerai Member of Parliament arrived at 7.40am. Proceedings are scheduled to begin at 9am before Sessions Court Judge Rosli Ahmad. The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) previously confirmed recommendations for three charges against Jamil Khir under Section 403 of the Penal Code for dishonest misappropriation of property.
