Chin Hin enters industrial segment with RM449m GDV The NeX

KUALA LUMPUR: Main Market-listed Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) has formally entered the industrial property development segment with The NeX, a landmark integrated industrial-commercial hub in Kota Damansara with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM449.4 million, following shareholders’ approval of the group’s RM66 million acquisition of a 16,222 square metre leasehold industrial site.

The NeX will comprise 242 ware-house units across nine storeys offering a modern, vertically integrated business ecosystem tailored for SMEs, logistics operators, distributors, e-commerce players, showroom operators and light industrial users.
