Cops seek public help to locate 9 migrants who escaped Tanah Merah detention depot

He said police believe all of them are still in the Tanah Merah area, and Op Tutup has been mounted at several locations in the district and surrounding areas to restrict their movements.

"As of noon today, only one individual has been recaptured. The remaining nine are still being actively traced. We advise the public to channel any information if they come across or know the hiding spots of these foreign nationals," he told Bernama today.
