Selangor requires all local authorities to achieve a 95% SPB-PBT score by 2030 under RS-2 to improve public services and governance.

From the original report

SHAH ALAM : All local authorities (PBTs) in Selangor must achieve and maintain a 95 per cent score under the PBT Star Rating System (SPB-PBT) by 2030 to ensure the best possible delivery of services to the people, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

He said the target reflected the state government’s commitment under the Second Selangor Plan (RS-2) to ensure that high standards of public service delivery were not limited to certain areas, but enjoyed equally by all Selangor citizens.

This is a brief of a report by another newsroom. The excerpt below is from the original.
