THE Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has secured leave from the Kuala Lumpur High Court to commence contempt proceedings against former APL Industries Berhad executive director Tan Bee Geok for allegedly breaching a court-imposed five-year ban on holding directorships or participating in the management of public listed companies and their subsidiaries.
