POLICE have opened an investigation after receiving two reports concerning a Facebook post alleged to contain insulting remarks against the Perlis royal institution in relation to the conferment of a state honour.

Kangar District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Yusharifuddin Mohd Yusop said the reports were lodged by two individuals, aged 35 and 40, at the Kangar Police Station at 9.30am and 9.53am on Friday.
