In a statement today, RoS said the complaint included claims that Bersatu was not involved in the PN Supreme Council meeting held on July 16.
The department said it was reviewing the complaint under the Societies Act 1966 [Act 832], the Societies Regulations 1984, PN's approved constitution and its official records.
