PRIME MINISTER Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has backed Pakistan's efforts to facilitate peace talks between the United States and Iran, stressing that dialogue and diplomacy must remain central to efforts to ease regional tensions.
Anwar said he conveyed his appreciation for Pakistan's role during a telephone conversation with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif today, during which they also exchanged views on regional developments and Malaysia-Pakistan relations.
