A 56-YEAR-OLD single mother was sentenced to 11 months' imprisonment on Thursday for possessing RM347,800 obtained fraudulently from a woman who fell victim to an online parcel scam nine years ago.
Rosnani Shaikh Mahmud was sentenced by Shah Alam Sessions Court judge Awang Kerisnada Awang Mahmud after pleading guilty to an alternative charge. The prison term takes effect immediately.
