Najib's house arrest: PMX asks AG to seek audience with King to clarify matters

PRIME Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has requested that Attorney General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar seek an immediate audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim, to seek forgiveness and clarify issues surrounding the implementation of the house arrest for Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

Anwar emphasised that the government acknowledges the King's decree and authority, and is making preparations to comply with the decision and fulfil the responsibility of executing it.
