KUALA LUMPUR: Streaming platform iQIYI will edit scenes deemed inappropriate in local drama Madu Atau Racun following public backlash over sequences depicting alleged same-sex attraction.

iQIYI Southeast Asia senior managing director Dinesh Ratnam said the platform understood the Film Censorship Board's (LPF) guidelines and will cooperate to resolve the issue.
