RCI recommends limiting Tabung Haji leaders' roles in subsidiaries

The RCI found that successive TH administrations saw board members and senior executives holding multiple appointments across the fund's subsidiaries while simultaneously overseeing the parent organisation.

It said the practice increased leadership responsibilities and could give rise to conflicts of interest, recommending that such appointments be limited so the board and senior management could focus on their core duties.
