KULAI: Johor will introduce a two-way integrated public complaints system by year-end to speed up action on issues raised by residents, including road damage, potholes, drainage problems and other public infrastructure defects.

From the original report

Johor Housing and Local Government Committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor said the system would channel complaints directly to the relevant local authority, Public Works Department (PWD) or concessionaire for immediate action.

He said the system was currently undergoing a trial run before full implementation.

This is a brief of a report by another newsroom. The excerpt below is from the original.
