PRIME MINISTER Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has demanded greater discipline in the management of public funds, directing the Rural and Regional Development Ministry (KKDW) and Finance Ministry (MOF) to resolve their dispute over delayed contractor payments through direct discussions.
