FAS demands clarity from FAM on election committee legalities

FAS has questioned whether the electoral committee and electoral appeal committee were properly constituted, while also seeking confirmation that the electoral committee chairman and deputy chairman meet the required legal qualifications.

FAS secretary general Izrin Nabil Ismail, in a letter to FAM secretary general Datuk Noor Azman Rahman sighted by Timesport , said its understanding from the records and agenda of the FAM extraordinary congress on June 4 was that the appointments of both committees were not specifically stated or made.
